The SW20 MR2 started to see Revision 2(1993 model year) changes beginning in 1992 with the most well known change being the revised rear suspension. This 1992 Toyota MR2 Turbo GT-S features those changes and has a number of desirable features.

The exterior on this MR2 has had a few changes and is in good condition overall. Changes include a set of 17” Work CR Kai wheels, 98 spec rear spoiler, clear corner lights, Ganador mirrors, carbon fiber front lip, and aftermarket vent inserts. The paint has a few minor flaws and imperfections; but otherwise shines nicely and is in above average condition for a vehicle this age. The body is in great shape with no major dents or dings.

The interior has maintained a closer to stock appearance with the only significant changes being a Momo steering wheel, steering wheel hub spacer, and TRD shift knob. The gauge cluster has also been swapped to a UK spec cluster which reads in both MPH and KPH. This model is equipped with T-Tops and the T-Top shades are still present. Overall the interior is in very good condition with no severe flaws. The seats and door panels show minimal wear with no major rips or tears. The dash is free of cracks and the carpet has no significant stains.

The 3S-GTE engine starts right away, idles properly, and accelerates without hesitation. Shifts through the 5 speed manual transmission (E153-735) are smooth and the clutch does not slip when transferring power to the factory VLSD. This MR2 is also equipped with the factory options of traction control and ABS. Mechanically it’s been kept mostly stock with the only changes being a TRD catback exhaust system and TRD rear strut brace. All systems, including the A/C, are functioning as they should. Due to the UK spec cluster, we are unable to verify the mileage, and will be listing this vehicle with “unverified mileage”. Offered at $11,495.
