We just got in this particularly clean 1992 Nissan Skyline GTS. With only 40K original miles there's no doubt that this was a cherished car back in Japan. The Charcoal Pearl Metallic shines very well with only minor blemishes. As noted in the pictures there is a scuff on both corners of the front bumper and a bit of touch up paint on the back corners. One door ding is present on the driver side door, otherwise it's a very clean car. The bodylines are straight and the panels match up well. The factory Type M aero definitely gives it the proper aggressive Skyline look that everyone is after. And sitting on a set of good condition, two tone, 16" Sparco Sport wheels help to set it apart. There is some curb rash to be expected but they've been maintained particularly well.

The interior has been kept mostly all original. The trademark Skyline steering wheel is in great shape, as are the shift boot and hand brake which have a tendency to crack and tear. The dash is also free of the ever common bubble or chips that plague so many of these cars. The seats have been kept in great shape and show little signs of wear. The same can be said about the carpets and headliner as they are free of any severe stains. Both of the inserts on the door panels have a little bit of separation but are not torn or worn down. A few audio upgrades have been added and are still functional. One being a set of rear Kenwood deck speakers, the other is a flip out Pioneer TV setup that is wired into the Carrozzeria stereo. I imagine with a bit of creativity they could be adapted to work with US components. Otherwise the interior is a clean example of what Nissan had in mind when they designed the car.

The RB20DE fires right up and sounds particularly throaty through it's A'PEXi Super Megaphone catback exhaust. It idles nicely and pulls hard all the way to 7,500. The 5 speed shifts fantastic and rows through the gears grind free. The clutch engages smoothing and is very easy to get used to. While still stock, the suspension rides excellent and is very well sorted in the turns. Under the hood has been kept completely original and is a great example of an unmolested RB. With such a clean canvas to start from this car would be a great candidate for a build or a great daily driver to hop in and go!
