The Hilux Surf holds a cult following amongst die hard Toyota enthusiasts and the adventurous commonfolk, continuing to take the market by storm with its versatility, classic styling, and steadfast Toyota reliability. These second generation N130 models are often touted as one of the most durable SUV's the brand had to offer, and it's certainly no surprise so many are still putting around the roads today. Our 1992 model, optioned in SSR-G V6 trim, sports Toyota's faithful 3VZ-E powerplant, a selectable 4wd transfercase, and has all the trimmings needed to make for a seriously unique off-road cruiser. Finished in an attractive coat of Toyota's Dark Blue Pearl (8E3) this Surf is set off by a few choice exterior upgrades that really elevate the off-road styling. An OEM brushguard with PIAA fog lights sits front and center and an OEM rear spoiler polishes things off nicely in the rear. OEM rainguards add some subtle flair to the exterior, and a choice set of 3 piece 15" alloys wrapped in meaty all terrain rubber tie everything together. While the exterior shows great, we must note a replacement of the hood and front fenders, but this Surf clearly didn't go down without a fight. With only 98k verified/documented miles on the clock this Surf is barely broken in. Clean, comfortable, and most importantly capable, this snazzy N130 Surf is a righteous off-road ready rig, and a turn key Japanese Classic sure to devour anything in its path.

The interior is spacious and provides plenty of comfort and accessibility for passengers of all ages. Toyota enthusiasts will surely be entranced by the factory Recaro interior, where custom reclinable bucket seats with matching rear and door card upholstery steal the show. The patterned cloth shows well, with no discernible wear on the fabric other than one spot on the driver's seat bolster. The dash is in good condition and has withstood the test of time, resisting cracks, peeling, and other miscellaneous damage over the years. The lower dash is trimmed in a complementary black plastic, where a period correct Kenwood audio upgrade sits front and center ready to play your favorite tunes. Above it lies a fully functioning climate control unit, with Cold A/C and toasty heat available at the flip of a switch! This model features extremely hard-to-find factory cruise control. While unique and functional, we must note that it only works up to speeds of 60 mph. A host of power amenities are armed and ready to make your life easier behind the wheel. Power windows, locks, and power mirrors all work at the push of a button, and a power moonroof and power rear glass unfurl without a hitch! These Surfs are a outdoorsman's best friend, with the rear seats folding fully forward to accommodate more storage space or even an air mattress, and your four legged friend will certainly appreciate the added breeze with the rear glass down. It's rare we see such a well kept cabin fully loaded with amenities, and we think you'll be just as surprised with the condition. Even the carpets and headliner have withstood any noticeable use or abuse!

The second generation Surf is really one of the best driving rigs we offer, and this particular example is no different. The 3VZ-E V6 does a fine job against the competition and is a breeze to service, thanks to it's interchangeability with the US market V6 4Runner. The motor fires up swiftly, thanks to a new 12V battery, and operation is buttery smooth, thanks to new spark plugs, plug wires, and a new distributor cap and rotor installed by our trained technicians. A ganador exhaust emits a reserved hum while driving and gives this terrific truck just enough oomph to sound menacing! The automatic transmission shifts through the gears without a hitch and this N130 has no problem reaching and maintaining sustained highway speeds. Off-roaders rejoice, the selective transfer case engages 4WD without a hitch, with low gear at the ready if you become stranded in a sticky situation. The suspension is as capable and compliant as you'd expect, and we've even installed new shocks in the rear to keep the ride comfortable for the road ahead. This is a Surf ready to tackle any turf, and with new Falken Tires on all 4 corners this N130 can drive from the tarmac to the tundra without batting an eye. Get this one before it's gone!
