The Suzuki Cappuccino debuted in 1991 and was equipped with a turbocharged 657cc engine desired to meet Kei car specifications. The engine is mounted in a front mid-engined layout powering the rear wheels. The factory output is quoted at 63 horsepower which provides a very fun driving experience in a sub-1,600 pound vehicle. The roof is constructed in a three panel layout which allows for couple, targa top, t-top, and full on convertible configurations.

This 1991 Cappuccino is in very nice condition, both inside and out, and appears to have been well taken care of by the previous owner in Japan. The paint shines very nicely and has no significant flaws. Similarly, the body panels are all straight with no major dents or dings. Changes to the exterior include 15” aftermarket wheels and a carbon fiber hood for weight reduction.

Inside the cabin, an aftermarket seat replaces the factory driver’s seat and allows for a lower seating position. The aftermarket seat does have some wear but the factory passenger seat is in very nice condition. All panels and trim pieces appear to be present and with minimal wear. A roll bar and turbo timer have also been added by the previous owner.

The turbocharged F6A engine starts right away and idles correctly. The Cappuccino accelerates without hesitation and with plenty of low end torque. Shifts through the 5 speed manual transmission are smooth and the clutch does not slip. Modifications include an upgraded catback exhaust and RSR front strut bar. All systems are functioning correctly, including the A/C and heat. Since the mileage cannot be verified, this Cappuccino will be listed as unknown mileage. Offered at $9,995.
