The Nissan President is a big-body sedan known for luxurious styling and has great potential as a VIP platform. This 1991 Nissan President is fully loaded and in great condition. Starting on the exterior, the black paint shines very nicely, and has plenty of depth. A few minor blemishes are present such as rock chips from normal use over the years. It remains unmodified and the panels are in good shape with no major dents or dings. The vehicle includes the original owner’s manual and currently has just 40k original miles.

Inside the only changes are seat covers added by the previous owner. Climate control is present for all four passengers along with full power amenities. The seats and door panels have minor fading but are still in nice condition with no major rips or tears. The carpet and headliner are in good shape with no severe stains. The dashboard looks great and has no cracks or bubbles.

Mechanically this President is sound and runs excellently. Many parts are shared with the USDM Infiniti Q45 – so replacement parts can be easily obtained. The 4.5L DOHC V8 (VH45DE) starts right away, idles correctly, and accelerates without hesitation. The four-speed automatic transmission shifts correctly and smoothly. Ride quality is superb and the suspension system is functioning as it should. Overall it seems the car was well maintained and taken care of in Japan – even the parking pole is still operational.
