This 1991 Nissan Cedric “Gran Turismo Ultima” is a clean and tastefully modified example. The pearl white paint shines very nicely and looks beautiful in person. The paint is free of severe blemishes and the body has no major dents or dings. There is a small chip in the passenger tail light and blemish on the bottom of the front bumper, but otherwise there’s not much to criticize on the exterior. A slightly lower ride height and set of 19” Amistad wheels have been installed to give this sedan a more VIP appearance.
The interior is also quite nice and has been kept in its original form. Some minor staining can be seen on the seats and carpet, but no major rips or tears are present. The door panels show minimal wear and are in great shape. Similarly, the dash is in good condition with no cracks or bubbles. The steering column cover is cracked and has a portion missing. As you would expect with a luxury sedan of the era, it’s fully loaded, which includes full power amenities.
The VG30DET starts right away and idles correctly. It’s mated to a 4 speed automatic transmission which shifts smoothly and correctly. The stock suspension has been replaced with a set of JIC coilovers which provide a firmer ride and lower ride height which compliments the aftermarket wheels. All systems are in working order, including the A/C, which blows cold. Overall this Y32 Cedric is a clean example with 92k original miles.
