1990 Mazda Cosmo
This Mazda Cosmo is the perfect classic luxury coupe and this one is in great condition. It’s full of power amenities and powered by a recently replaced (by Mazda) D Series 20B twin-turbo triple-rotor engine. The 2+2 coupe feels at home during a relaxing cruise but still has plenty of power when needed. The exterior is in great shape with no major dents or dings. The meteor blue metallic paint shines very nicely and is free of any major blemishes. The previous owner has replaced the stock wheels with 18” Rozza mesh style wheels. Factory optional front lip and side skirts are also installed.
The Type-E interior is in even better condition and really provides a luxurious experience. The leather seats are in great shape with no rips or tears. The dash has also been well taken care of and has no cracks or bubbles. The door panels and carpet show minimal wear with no rips, tears, or stains. A few nice changes have been made by the original owner including an aftermarket head unit which still resides behind the flip up panel. A Momo steering wheel and steering wheel gauge pod are aftermarket but are done well enough to appear OEM.
Mechanically everything is 100% stock. The 20B-REW starts right away, idles well, and pulls nicely under boost. Shifts through the 4-speed automatic are smooth but confident. The stock viscous limited slip differential is in place and still functions correctly. Currently the odometer reads 66k original miles.
