The CRX was the second model from Honda to receive a “VTEC” engine. The SiR model specifically featured a number of changes not found in the standard SiR. This example is a 1990 and features the rare glass roof option. The paint still shines very nicely and has no significant blemishes. The trim shows some wear and there are light scuffs on the front bumper. Otherwise the body is very clean with no major dents or dings. A set of 15” Mugen RNR wheels pair nicely with the overall appearance.

The interior has been kept mostly stock with the only upgrades being a Momo “Corse” steering wheel and VTEC controller. The driver seat has a slight tear but otherwise shows minimal wear, the passenger seat is free of rips and tears. The dash is in excellent shape with no cracks or bubbles and all trim pieces are present. The door panels and carpet are in similar shape with no major staining.

Mechanically this SiR runs very well and needs nothing. The B16a engine starts right away and pulls through the power band smoothly. Shifts through the 5 speed manual transmission are smooth and a factory LSD is present. The exhaust has been upgraded to a Kakimoto catback but otherwise is stock on the mechanical side. Currently it has just 74k original miles.
