Camping, commuting, or delivery the Honda Acty Kei van is an extremely versatile vehicle. The Acty van was designed to be an economical, agile, and efficient work vehicle. Now that they’re available in the U.S. they’re finding many uses for both commercial and private use. This specific Kei van is in excellent condition and has extremely low mileage at just 27,000.
The exterior is in phenomenal shape and the blue paint still shines nicely. There are no major dents or dings and the paint is largely free of blemishes. The interior is much the same – the panels, carpet, and dash look great and show no major defects. The previous owner has installed seat covers, but the seats underneath are in good condition. Curtains have also been installed by the previous owner, which we think add a nice touch. The rear seats fold down giving a large amount of cargo space comparable to modern SUV’s. The side door door windows also roll down so you can enjoy the weather when appropriate. Overall the interior is one of the best of any Kei van we’ve seen.
Mechanically it needs nothing. It starts up right away and operates great around town or on the highway. The 660cc engine goes without hesitation and is ready for whatever comes its way. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch shows no signs of slippage. You can expect to get up to 50 mpg around town with the 660cc 3 cylinder E07A engine.
