The Toyota Celsior is the standard-bearer of luxury for the brand, and this 1995 is the one you want! Boasting an unreal 41K verified miles, this Type-C features rare OEM leather and the exclusive F-Package. Finished in a classy Moonstone Pearl (6N0) and equipped with height-adjustable air ride, the body is in good shape other than some minor dings and scuffs associated with normal use. Legally imported, and fresh off service, this opulent sedan is filled with power amenities and a smooth ride that is tough to beat for the price.

The cabin is filled with power amenities and premium materials. The dash is in good shape, and the Celsior boasts dual SRS airbags, which were uncommon in the mid '90s. Located in the center is a digital climate control system with dual zones for both driver and passenger. The A/C blows cold and although the infotainment screen doesn't work currently, the system can still be operated via the hard buttons. The audio controls are also located on the inoperable screen, however, the system can be used with auxiliary controls. The audio quality itself isn't half bad for a vehicle of this age, and when turned off, the cabin is nearly silent. Other power equipment includes a tilting and telescoping steering wheel, power driver and passenger seats, as well as electric locks and windows. Power folding mirrors are standard, and work properly, which is great for tight city parking. Even the folks at Toyota thought to power the seat belt adjusters. Leather was a rarity in Japan and this Celsior reaps the benefits of being optioned with it. There is some light wear to the grain as you might expect, but no major cracking, fading, or holes are noted. The headliner, leather door cards, and carpets are in good nick as well. Telltale signs that this Celsior was cared for in Japan include the front and rear OEM mats, original owners manuals, and factory toolkit are all included with the purchase of this sedan. The best part of this UCF21 is behind the front occupants. For those who prefer to be chauffeured around, the rear center armrest has a slate of controls giving those in the rear power of many of the vehicle controls. A digital radio display, and rear climate controls, and individual seat heaters can be accessed. Additionally, you can recline the rear seats, and with the press of a button, the passenger seat tucks into the dash, leaving enough legroom behind it to stretch one's legs out fully; and all this in a '95!

For its second generation, the Celsior was 90% reworked from its predecessor. And while the styling is an obvious evolution of the UCF11 platform, this '95 is lighter, faster, and roomier than the outgoing model. The engine got a bump in power but retained the original architecture. The 1UZ-FE displaces 4.0L, yet is smooth and nearly silent. It churns over quickly with the twist of the key, thanks to a fresh 12V battery. The engine also benefits from a fresh oil and filter service so this Celsiors next service isn't required for another 3,000 miles. Mated to a tried and true automatic gearbox, torque is directed to the rear wheels as it should be. The gearbox shifts as it should and the suspension can handle the rigors of daily driving without a problem. We have replaced the right rear ball joints to reduce excess play, and the Celsior truly drives like a car half its age. Also, your suspension height can be adjusted by depressing a button by the transmission shifter so that both large and small bumps are gobbled up by this sturdy luxury platform. The steering is both light and power-assisted, and the large brakes slow this heavy sedan down to manageable speeds in a hurry when necessary. The OEM alloys are all wrapped in new rubber, and deliver a quiet ride. All seasons are also nice to have if you encounter some rough weather this winter as the tire tread is plentiful and they should last for years to come.

This Celsior has incredibly low verified miles and all the equipment you can ask for. Known for its reliability and refinement, this Japanese Classic won't last long!
