Honda was able to reach massive global success with that economical, reliable, and efficient lineup which is great! However, some of us want more out of our driving experience than just good fuel economy. Some of us want to actually enjoy the drive and thankfully Honda made sure to keep a few tricks up its sleeve. The Integra SiR made for the perfect blend of performance without sacrificing everything Honda built its reputation on. Powered by the legendary B18C with a proper 3 pedal setup makes this car an absolute blast whether it's your morning commute or carving up backroads on the weekend. The styling is instantly recognizable with its quad headlight setup and sleek rear wing. It even has the rare factory optioned "Integra" 3rd brake light which you hardly ever see. To give it a bit of an OEM+ look it has the optional yellow fogs, front lip, and even the turn signals. It's the little details like that which really are the polishing touches. Finished in your classic Granada Black Metallic (NH503P) it looks sleek from every angle. The paint looks fantastic with really no glaring issues. Of course, these are still 26-year-old cars so there are always going to be some small stone chips and imperfections like that, but all in all, it looks better than most of the cars on the road half its age. The body is in just as nice condition with only a few errant door dings that are bound to happen over its 107K verified mile lifetime. Finding an all OEM car like this these days is rather special making it quite a specimen these days.

The interior is well laid out and rather straightforward. The two-tone upholstery is in good shape and pairs nicely with the black bodywork. The bolstering is premium which makes them particularly comfortable on longer drives. There is a little bit of seam separation on the driver-side bolster but nothing too bad. An Upholstery shop could clean up that spot since it is a factory seam to begin with, which is far better than if it was a tear. Both front seats are devoid of any noteworthy stains or blemishes of that nature. The back seats look nearly new, though that comes as little surprise. The door cards, headliner, and carpets all look fantastic. It even still has the original floor mats tuck away in the hatch to keep everything looking good. The expansive dash is in great shape and has been spared from any sun damage or cracks that other manufacturers are known for. This one is equipped with dual factory airbags which aren't something that we see very often. The only real change-up from stock is the radio setup which does work to the best of its ability, but you'll likely want to swap it out for something more US friendly. The climate control system is rather straightforward and easy to use. We have recharged the A/C system but it does seem like there may be a leak in the system. Otherwise, everything is working as it should; the power windows, one-touch driver's feature, power mirrors, and even the power locks. This one even has the factory rain guards which is a convenient piece when you need a little extra ventilation but those spring showers don't want to cooperate.

Under the hood is Honda's notorious DOHC VTEC B18C. Factory rated at 176hp this car is no slouch, that's for sure. Matching that up with the only appropriate option, the 5 speed manual from Honda is really one of the best factory gearboxes out there. The throws are crisp and incredibly rewarding when you nail those rev-match downshifts. Power is easily sent through the front wheels and the clutch is surprisingly forgiving. Everything has been kept all stock, even down to the factory air box so it helps to instill some faith that this car wasn't someone's beater back in Japan. Even the original manuals are still in the glovebox! Clearly, someone really cared for this car as it came in needing little maintenance. Four new tires make sure you're never struggling for grip and should have you covered for quite some time to come. We did replace the air filter while we were in there that way the 1.8 is never short of fresh air. A fresh 12V battery turns the B18 over with the quick twist of the key and it sounds rather good through the stock exhaust. The factory suspension is fantastic on these, they offer great handling while still being comfortable enough for daily use. Thanks to the fact we did have the Integra here in the US it makes parts a breeze which is normally a big concern with imported cars. The Integra really needs no introduction as one of the best front-wheel-drive sports cars to come out of Japan. Between its incredibly peppy 1.8L that absolutely sings to its 8K redline, you'll be hard-pressed not to unwind it every chance you get. The handling is fantastic so you'll likely find yourself spending more time in this than anything else you've got in the driveway. Don't miss out on this one because it's sure to move quick!
