There's no arguing that Nissan's S chassis is one of the most versatile platforms out there. Which also explains why we get requests every day for them. The S14 has become a legend in its own right. Long, low lines, phenomenal balance, gobs of power, all wrapped up in the proper RWD platform. This combination makes it an exceptional platform for any sort of spirited driving event, even if it's just a little back roading. We try to bring in a wide variety of cars, from factory OEM to full-on track cars. This S14 was certainly built to be driven, no doubt about it. However, unlike you're stripped out track car, this one you will actually enjoy the drive there and back. Our Blue Emerald Green (FN2) has the looks, tons of power, yet still has all the creature comforts like a full interior and A/C. Since the Zenki was never really considered as the aggressive-looking S14 full FRP aero was fitted to give the car a more dramatic look. The kit lines up quite well and really plays off the factory swooping lines well. It feels safe to assume that the car was resprayed when the kit was added since the color match is great and the paint overall has hardly any blemishes to report. While the cluster reads 50K miles it was not verified before leaving Japan. Despite not having the mileage verified the body still looks just as nice as the paint with only a few typical door dings to note. Since the stock wheels leave a little bit to be desired they turned to big brother GTR for rolling stock. The GTR wheels are strong, yet light, and offer a massive contact patch; which this thing needs. The only other change up to the exterior are the aftermarket LED taillights.

The interior has had a similar treatment; the comfort of OEM with the necessary performance bits. Since the stock seats offer good lateral support they were kept and are in generally good condition. The bolster of the driver's seat does have some accelerated wear as noted in the photos. Otherwise, both front and rear seats are pretty clean, with no severe stains or tears to worry about. Probably the most noticeable addition is the Safety 21 roll cage. The cage was rather well integrated into the cockpit since it doesn't run through the dash. Of course, to mount in the rear and retain the back seats the rear trim panels had to be notched to clear. A deep dish Momo wheel keeps you connected with this lightweight rocket and feels much better in the hand. To liven up the interior plastics a bit the center console was wrapped in carbon fiber while the dash has a Shevron mat to cover up any cracks and imperfections. Above that on the A-pillar is an APEX'i boost gauge to keep an eye on the upgraded ball bearing turbo. Along with all of the performance-centric modifications it still has all of the creature comforts to make driving it slow just as enjoyable. All of the stock power accessories are present and functioning; power windows, locks, folding mirrors, and digital climate control with A/C. Some electronic updates come by way of a slick Carrozzerria double din and a rearview mirror that doubles as a backup cam. The best part about the backup cam is that at night it makes seeing the fireballs from the Kakimoto Regu.06&R exhaust.

Besides its great looks, the best part of this car is under the hood. The heart of any good drift car is quality modifications in all the right areas, and this car nails them all. The SR20DET engine is healthy and fires up quickly. The engine has some excellent modifications starting with a Blitz front mount intercooler and hard piping kit, which feeds an upgraded S15 ball bearing turbo along with a tubular manifold. Intake air is supplied via the Trust intake that is monitored by a Z32 MAF. Additional fuel is supplied by Nismo 550cc injectors with a fuel pressure regulator to help with tuning. A cat delete pipe dumps spent gases to that Kakimoto catback exhaust system. The exhaust is certainly more noticeable than stock, however, retaining a muffler and resonator keeps it from droning at speed. All of these modifications are controlled by a Greddy E-Manage Blue, which allows for excellent tuning ability. While power is good, it's nothing if you can't keep control of the car. The suspension is sorted out by a set of D-Max Super Street coilovers, which are adjustable to suit your style. To help tie it all together are Nismo strut tower braces front and rear. Our trained techs have gone through the car and replaced several key items; 4 fresh tires, a new valve cover gasket, along with a new clutch. Now that the clutch has been replaced it feels great rowing through the 5 speed sending that power through the 2 way LSD outback. The motor and trans combinations works in harmony making this car an absolute blast to drive. It's hard to find a well-rounded car like this that can balance every day driving with a serious performance bump. Act quick, this one won't be around long.
