The Gloria is one of the best kept secrets coming out of Japan. This perfectly sized sedan can be a cross country cruiser or a great platform for a VIP build. While we sell some very nice Y32's, this one has some exceptionally rare factory options. The paint has a great luster, and the metallic really pops under sunlight. Although subtle, the Silky Snow Pearl (WK1) paint is accented by glimmering gold emblems and classic 16" BBS wheels.

Power comes from Nissan's popular 3.0L (VG30DET) V6. Of the three engines Nissan produced for this model, this is the best performing and most desirable. As to be expected, the Gloria fires right up and has a calming purr. The motor has ample torque down low and pulls strongly, easily getting up to highway speeds. Its smooth operation is aided by a new set of factory spark plugs, installed by one of our trained technicians. The exhaust has a quiet but assured rumble, and you can even hear the distinct whistle of the turbocharger if you listen closely. The automatic transmission engages with ease and shifts smoothly through the gears when accelerating and decelerating. It also has selective options for snow, normal, or sport driving, which can give the driver the ability to change the character of the car. Like any proper touring sedan, the suspension is a point of emphasis. A set of adjustable coilovers have been fitted, and give the sedan a lowered ride height and more sexy profile. Ride quality and performance are improved not just from the newly installed dampers, but from new rubber at all four corners.

The body has been kept in good shape with no major dents or large scratches. The clear coat still shines, and gives a pronounced twinkle in the sun. The panels are straight and uniform as can be for a car of this era, and overall the condition is above average for a Y32. All of the bright work is still lustrous, and the car has a few special light chrome body accents of note: the door handles, belt line, and rear window all have this upscale finish. The OEM rainguards are still in place, and allow for cockpit ventilation for all of those looking to lower the windows in the rain. The finish on the rare alloy wheels is still decent sans the usual nicks and chips from daily driving.

The cockpit is one of the cleanest we've seen, and we feel its been kept that way for a reason. A little known fact: this vehicle is fittest with one of the most rare interior options offered by Nissan of Japan. Special gray alcantara seats and door cards offer a unique look and feel within the cabin, a world apart from the hard plastics and inexpensive cloth one might expect. And with only 69K miles, it comes as no surprise, the vehicle doesn't have any offending odors, and the a/c and heat function well. The rear seats and carpets are free of any rips/tears or notable stains as well, offering better than average leg room to rear occupants. The climate control buttons don't stick and work well, with a clear digital display. Below it in the center stack, an updated and functional Carrozzeria head unit has been fitted to provide some tunes while driving.

The versatile nature, and unique looks make the Y32 a hidden gem when considering a JDM sedan. This stately Gloria is a well maintained, turn-key import JDM sedan is in search of a new home.
